Therapy Heals is a team of registered psychotherapists and counsellors offering in-person and online care across Ontario. Whether you are managing anxiety, working through a hard season, navigating something in your relationship, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you do not have to sort it out alone. Our therapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). We offer therapy at six clinics and online, and direct billing is available with some insurance providers (coverage varies by plan and therapist, so reach out to confirm).

Direct Billing & Getting Started
Direct billing is available with most insurance providers, so depending on your plan and therapist, some or all of your session fees may be covered. Contact us for more information. We also accept credit, debit and cash payments. Starting is straightforward: book online or reach out, and we will match you with a therapist who fits.
